 About Us

Namparra is ideally situated for exploring the stunning Lizard Peninsula from beautiful little coves, safe beaches, picture postcard fishing villages to the wide open spaces of the Goonhilly Downs Nature Reserve ,you will find something for everyone here.

The nearest beach is kennack Sands with it's safe life guarded beach  and rock pools at low tide.

In the evenings in our 'Riptide Bar and Grill' you will find a good choice of meals all freshly cooked using local produce wherever possible.(Seasonal)

Onsite you will find friendly pigs, goats, sheep, alpacas and chickens and around our lovely pond you will find moorhens and ducks, keep your eyes out for their babies enjoying the water. It is worth mentioning that all of our animals are PETS,some are rescued from the terrible fate of ending up on someones plate, some are old and were unwanted but for whatever reason, all are loved here.

It is worth mentioning that our fields are bailed for hay so in low season the grass will be growing for this purpose, only the perimeter will be campable.

We have 2 inground trampolines to try out,one on the main camping field and one in the beer garden

We are open from Easter until October so if you want it to be quiet and peaceful, please choose to come outside of July and August, because The Lizard is the most southerly point of mainland Britain, the climate here is warmer and milder,so May,June and September can be a glorious time to visit. The beaches will be quiet, the hedgerows will be colourful and you will be able to get around unhindered by traffic.

PITCHES

We have a limited number of hook-up pitches available, these must be booked well in advance.During July and August we will prefer Sat to Sat bookings on hook-ups .  We strongly advise you take out holiday insurance in case you cannot make your holiday as we do not refund deposits.
